Discovery
& Research

We begin with a discovery call to discuss your vision, goals, and project direction. Once your 50% deposit is received, we create a custom moodboard that explores visual ideas, incorporates any existing brand assets, and establishes the creative direction for your project.

Concept Sketches & Style Exploration

We explore concepts through rough sketches and develop the strongest direction, refining the composition, colours, textures, and overall style. You'll have 1–2 rounds of revisions before we finalise and prepare all approved deliverables.

Production &
Development

A simple illustration of a hand holding a leaf with a small heart shape on it.

The full set of deliverables is then produced, building on the approved concept and refined style direction. Each asset is carefully developed to ensure consistency across all applications.

Final Delivery

Completed files are exported and shared via Google Drive once approved. The remaining amount balance is due at this stage, along with any additional approved costs
