  • If you choose to do a Pre-paid hour option recurring every month, pricing can be revisited depending on your specific requirements. Feel free to reach out for further discussion.

  • We understand that you may have to put something on hold or you may not currently have deliverables available to use those hours. That's where pausing your Pre-paid comes in handy. If the hours are not used within three years, they will expire and become void.

  • We will let you know during our line-up meeting or when a brief is provided whether that stays within scope of your Pre-paid option hours, otherwise, you may need to upgrade your Pre-paid plan to cover the scope of work required.

  • Branding identity, strategy, website, illustration projects and complex infographics and publications are not covered under the Pre-paid option service and are scoped, managed separately from Pre-paid services.

    Should you need these services, we can pause your Prepaid option to focus on the specific project.
