Magnify Photography requested to have re-branding done for there photography business. They wanted a logo suite and watermark done, including other branding elements. The watermark is applied to the photographs to be used essentially like a copyright symbol, plus their social media was re-branded with the new style. Whilst designing the logo, they stipulated that they wanted to use a feather and more rose gold colours. The concept behind the logo is to have a modern theme with a sense of a real relaxed warm feeling, the colour and mood board was inspired by a beautifully decorated bar and restaurant in Perth called Henry Summer. As Magnify Photography is run by a beautiful husband and wife, I feel like the green represents the male component but still compliments the rose gold colour which represents the female component. When I got told about the requirement to have a feather in the logo, it made me think of gentleness as well as when I was a kid or even today, if I see a feather it’s usually in an unexpected location, but it’s like it’s been left as a token or a mark. So to me Magnify Photography leaves a gentle mark to family and friends.
