  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase to secure the discounted rate. Refunds may not be available after work has commenced.

  • Offer valid until 7 December 2024.

  • A specific discount or package price will be applied to eligible services purchased during the sale duration.

  • The package includes a specified number of custom graphics (e.g., 10 social media designs and up to 6 pages of content) customized to align with the client’s brand guidelines, color palette, and preferences. For more complex or detailed graphics, additional fees may apply.

    If the client only has a logo and wants help creating a full brand look and feel, there may be an extra charge for a visual brand identity. Otherwise, we’ll work with the existing branding and logo. This will be discussed in the initial discovery call.

    1. Upfront Payment & Services Agreement: A signed Services Agreement and upfront payment are required to initiate the project.

    2. Client Questionnaire: Complete a detailed questionnaire covering your business’s social media platforms, website, and any brand assets (logo, style guide, images, graphics, and copy) to ensure a cohesive design approach.

    3. Discovery Session: Schedule a discovery call to review the questionnaire responses and discuss any specific requirements or nuances.

    4. Initial Artwork Creation: Based on the discovery session, initial artwork is developed to align with your brand vision.

    5. Client Revisions: Minor adjustments are incorporated following client feedback to perfect the designs.

    6. Final Handover: Finalised artwork is delivered in the required formats, including Canva files for easy, ongoing tweaks.

  • Revision Limits: Up to two rounds of revisions are included for each design. Additional revisions may incur extra fees.

  • The offer cannot be transferred, shared, or redeemed for cash or other services.

  • The client receives non-exclusive rights to use the graphics across social media platforms. Rights do not extend to reselling the graphics or claiming ownership of design templates used.

  • Our Services Agreement will be required to be reviewed and signed upon commencement of work.

  • For Social Media Templates:

    • Brand Assets, Logo, Style Sheet or Guide, Images and any specific Copy.

    For Services Guide or Capabilities Statement Template:

    • Brand Assets, Logo, Style Sheet or Guide, Images, Specific Copy.

    You’ll also be required to fill out a questionnaire and provide input in our inital meeting.
